With over 30 years’ experience within the South Australian care sector, Andrea brings a wealth of insight, expertise and passion to her role as Director of McArthur Community Care. Andrea has worked closely with numerous funding bodies, providing support while maintaining the highest standard of care to clients and their significant others that reside within the community and wish to remain as independent as possible.
Andrea’s focus remains on suitably matching support workers and clients in all aspects of daily living. She believes that success comes to those who connect, listen and are available during difficult times. Andrea holds a Postgraduate degree in Grief, Loss and Palliative Care Counselling from the University of Adelaide.
Snezana has extensive experience over 26 years as a Social Work Practitioner specialising in various roles in social welfare and aged care services. Snezana has held senior management and executive roles as the DHHS Manager for Strategy and Planning, DHHS Manager for Disability Client Services and more recently, as Manager for Disability Accommodations Services leading the NDIS Barwon Pilot.
As a former Executive, Snezana has also had the privilege of providing NDIS registered services to newly transitioned participants through the NDIS roll-out in the Eastern and NEMA Areas of Victoria. Snezana has Bachelor Degrees in Social Sciences, Social Work and a Post Graduate in Family Therapy.
Louise manages both the McArthur Community Care and Early Childhood Education teams in our Sydney office. A highly experienced recruiter across both temp and perm, Louise is renowned for her commitment to the highest standards of quality and 100% focus on individual client needs.
She also has a strong generalist HR background with over 20 years’ experience across a broad range of roles including Training and Development, Employee Relations and HR Management.
Michelle has over 12+ years sector experience working for the South Australian Government disability agency. She also has an older sibling born with a disability and experienced first-hand the impact having a disability can have on a person and their family.
Michelle has witnessed the difference that experienced, caring and supportive support workers can have on a client and strongly believes that with the highest standard of care from McArthur Community Care, clients will be able to remain living independently in the community
Kim has worked in the disability sector for 30 years. Commencing as a Support Worker, Kim realised that she really wanted to work with clients and go all out to make a difference for clients and their family members.
She is passionate about clients receiving care and support specific to their individual needs. She also prides herself in introducing support workers that are equally dedicated to the sector as she is. From personal experience Kim has an intimate understanding of the sector. She brings dedication, humour, honesty and attention to detail. Kim enjoys maintaining a close relationship with clients and support workers and at all times aims for continuity of care.
Ashleigh began her Community Care career In 2012, working as a Disability Support Worker with McArthur and she discovered a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference to the lives of people living with a disability.
In 2016 Ashleigh brought her experience and insight to the role of Client Services Coordinator and brings great levels of empathy, understanding and commitment to the team.
Stacey commenced with McArthur in March 2019 in the role of Senior Services Coordinator in the new Community Care Program, having already spent 8 years in the disability sector. Her passion for the industry had her working with Nadrasca for her first 3.5 years. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Community Health from Swinburne University. Stacey is always open to learning new things about the NDIS and enjoys every minute of her work.
Talesha commenced with McArthur in June 2019 in the role as Service Coordinator in the Community Care Program. She had worked as a coordinator role for 2 years previously at Simply Helping. Talesha’s passion for the Disability sector emanates from being surrounded by people with disabilities throughout her personal life. Talesha loves learning new things, especially around the NDIS and enjoys being able to support NDIS Participants with their needs.
Elisha commenced with McArthur in August 2019 in the role of NDIS Compliance and Accounts Coordinator. Experiencing first hand family members with a disability it was only fitting to choose a career path in this field. She loves working in the industry, previously working as a Disability Support Worker for 4 years before moving onto a Client Services role. Elisha enjoys learning new things within the industry and enjoys supporting NDIS participants and their families to ensure they receive the best possible support.
Originally from the Philippines, Jesse brings with him a strong background and in-depth understanding of the NDIS environment and the broader social services sector. He has a specific focus on working closely with Support Coordinators to maximise their network and build capacity.
Jesse holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy.
Rachel brings a strong background in Business Development and Coordination for various Disability and Aged Care providers, and extensive experience working with vulnerable people within the community. She always puts the client first and has an in-depth appreciation and understanding of how providers can assist to make the most out of a clients circumstances and help them to be the best version of themselves they can be. Rachel’s early days, prior to obtaining her counselling degree at Morling Theological College, were focused on corporate finance with large multi-nationals.
Prior to joining McArthur, Kathy had nearly 20 years direct experience within the Queensland Disability sector, making her one of the state's most experienced and respected specialists. Her numerous roles within the sector have given her an exceptional understanding of all aspects of NDIS processes and procedures.
