McArthur Community Care is an NDIS registered service provider specialising in providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to people with disabilities.
McArthur Community Care provides low, medium and high support in a person’s home to assist them to remain independent. Services include but are not limited to:
We can assist you attend to your daily personal care and hygiene needs and household task to maintain your independence and dignity.
We can support you to learn a range of skills based on your needs to assist you at home and in the community, like: Shopping, cooking, money skills, catching public transport, social skills.
We can assist you with transport to access services outside your home to achieve your NDIS goals if you are unable to access public transport.

If you are a Carer of a person with a disability, we can support you. This can include help with future/short-term planning, service co-ordination, practical help around the house or simply giving you the time to take a short break from your caring role. We offer short-term or long-term support based on your needs.

Stacey commenced with McArthur in March 2019 in the role of Senior Services Coordinator in the new Community Care Program, having already spent 8 years in the disability sector. Her passion for the industry had her working with Nadrasca for her first 3.5 years. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Community Health from Swinburne University. Stacey is always open to learning new things about the NDIS and enjoys every minute of her work.
Denis has recently graduated from the Institute for Social Neuroscience – ISN Psychology with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). Having covered much theory, he is relatively new to the community and disability sector and is extremely excited to put everything learnt throughout his years of education into practice. With the long-term goal of becoming a psychologist, Denis could not be happier to be the new Rostering Coordinator at McArthur Community Care. Denis is passionate about working to deliver quality care and consumer driver outcomes.
In his spare time, Denis enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends and is a sports fan.
Mona was working as a Café manager 5 years where she gained an interest in the training and hiring aspect of the role. This lead her to transition towards a career in recruitment and advertisement, commencing with McArthur Community Care as the Workforce Coordinator in mid-2022. Mona is striving to developing her skills as a recruiter and is passionate about finding the best fit for future Disability Support Workers as well as maintaining compliance with the NDIS Commission. She completed a Diploma in Media and Communications and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Deakin University.
In her spare time, Mona enjoys spending time with her partner, cooking and perusing op-shops with her friends.
