McArthur Community Care provides Support Coordination to help people with disability and their family or support network to navigate through the different stages of their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) journey and achieve their NDIS goals.

Staying connected from start to finish

When you start with MCC, we will spend time getting to know you. We will listen to you about your goals and the support you need. We will work with you through your plan and answer questions you may have.
Your Support Coordinator will check in with you and your service providers regularly to make sure things are working well. Your Support Coordinator will help you to prepare for future NDIS plans.

Who can access Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)and is included in your plan to assist you with implementing the funded supports in your plan. When you’re creating your NDIS Plan, talk to your Planner or Local Area Coordinator about the assistance you may need.
